For my color palette, I chose the colors that I am personally attracted to and I feel best describes me. Three of the colors that I have selected is very sandy and grayish, which is a cool, neutral, and balanced colors. The color is often presented a subdued and quiet . This represents my personality because I viewed myself as pretty reserved and quiet. I decided to add different colors to contrast the very muted tone of grey colors. The navy and orange color is used to represent knowledge and freedom. I am at a stage of my life where I am studying abroad, trying to gain knowledge. Yet at the same time, I have the power and choice to do whatever I am pleased to do.
For the design of the compositions I took inspiration from both nature and shapes. Nature is very organic and shapes are very artificial, these two things are vastly different from each other. Incorporating two separate things together is very interesting and create a lot of contrast, both in the colors and objects I picked.
